Inform student refund will be credited after 7-10 working days once initiated. If student connect after TAT check the status of refund if in any condition there is some issue highlight it to senior
Once refund is initiated always deactivate a plan and hold the notes
Ques : The student placed an order by mistake or selected the wrong plan. Can it be refunded?
Ans : Kindly inform the student that we do not have a refund policy for incorrect or accidental purchases.
Ques : The student claims they haven’t received the refund, but our system shows it was processed.
Ans : Request the student to share a bank statement covering the period from the date of order placement to the same day, so the transaction can be verified.
Ques : What should be done if a student has placed the wrong order?
Ans : Suggest the student to either upgrade the plan (if available) or purchase a new plan that meets their requirements.
