Refund initiate for dual payment #
In any case of dual payment, always consult a senior before raising a refund request.
Inform the student that the refund will be credited within 7–10 working days from the date of initiation.
If the student follows up after the TAT (Turnaround Time), check the refund status. If there is any issue or delay, escalate it to a senior immediately.
Once the refund is initiated, deactivate the student’s plan and place a hold on the notes access to prevent misuse.
