Login & Authentication Issues #
If the student has reset the device and is unable to log in, request a 30-second video showing the device name and the complete login process via email. Once received, we can remove the device. Please ensure the current time and date are visible in the video.
Ques – How many ways to login in CBA?
Ans – There are 3 ways to login in application –
1.Continue with Mobile: The student will receive an OTP via SMS on their registered mobile number and email on their registered email.
2.WhatsApp OTP: The student will receive an OTP on WhatsApp. The WhatsApp number must match the registered mobile number.
3.WhatsApp Approval: The student will receive login approval through WhatsApp. The WhatsApp number must be the same as the registered number, and WhatsApp must be active on the same device.
Ques – Can student change the contact number?
Ans – No it is not possible to change contact number in case student have already taken a new plan.
Ques – Can student change the E mail?
Ans – No it is not possible to change E mail in case student have already taken a new plan. Student can do minor change but needs to take approval from senior.
