In – App notes are in annotated format.
Students can revisit and revise their notes anytime through the Notes section in the app and notes can be updated or deleted as needed, giving students flexibility to refine their understanding over time.

Ans : No, In-App Notes cannot be downloaded.
Ques : Can students take screenshots of In-App Notes?
Ans : No, screenshots of In-App Notes are not allowed. If attempted, the screenshot will appear as a black screen.
Ques : What should be done if a student reports that In-App Notes are not matching, not updated, appear blank, or are freezing?
Ans : Request the student to share a 30-second screen recording of the issue via email. Inform them that the concern will be escalated to the technical team and reviewed by a senior member. Also, ensure to cross-check the issue on our end to verify if it’s occurring universally or only on the student’s device.
