Device Policy #
Device Usage Policy
•Each subscriber can register up to 4 devices under their account.
•The app can be actively used on 2 devices simultaneously.
•Students can watch the video on one device while accessing in-app notes on another.
New Device Login
•Attempting to log in on a 5th device will result in a denied login, though the app itself won’t be blocked.
•Logging out does not remove a device from your account—once registered, a device remains permanently linked.
Automatic Device Removal
•Devices inactive for 90 consecutive days will be automatically removed from your registered list.
Note: Cerebellum Academy is a single-user platform. Sharing accounts or using one subscription across multiple users is strictly prohibited.
Device policy/Device broke/Device stolen #
Please inform the customer that they need to use any 4 devices they are logged into, as we cannot remove any device. Provide the device names and their respective dates, and let them know that the earliest device will be automatically removed after 90 days.
New Device purchase/ Lost current device #
Please note that as per our device policy, access is limited to a maximum of four devices per account.
If you’re requesting a device change, and the account is registered in your name, kindly share the purchase invoice for verification.
In case you’re unable to access either of the currently logged-in devices, we can assist by removing one. However, if both devices are still accessible, we recommend continuing to use one of them.
Note: Please connect with senior in this case once.
Same Device Count #
Please verify the device version and name carefully, and inform the student that we are escalating this issue to the concerned team. They can try logging in on a new device until the end of the day. Also, kindly remind the student of the device policy.
Ques : When will device remove automatically?
Ans : Device will remove automatically in case student will not use for 90 consecutive days. (90 days after last login)
Ques : In which device student can login?
Ans : Student can login in I phone, I pad, Tablet and Android phone.
Note: The device will be removed at 12:00 AM (midnight) after 90 days. Similarly, if a plan is scheduled to end on May 2 at 9:30 PM, it will actually expire at 12:00 AM (midnight) on that date.
