Ques – Why is the amount higher when a student purchases a “Without Notes” plan from an Apple device?
Ans – Apple charges a 30% service fee on in-app purchases made through its platform. As a result, all “Without Notes” plans have higher pricing on Apple devices — except the Mission 45 plan, which remains at standard pricing.
Ques – Which plans do not have the option to apply a coupon code?
Ans – All “Without Notes” plans purchased on Apple devices do not support coupon code usage, except for the Mission 45 plan, which allows coupon application.
Ques – A student has added the amount to their Apple Wallet — can they use it to purchase a plan?
Ans – Only “Without Notes” plans can be purchased using the amount added to the Apple Wallet.
Ques – How to guide a student to provide proof of purchase from an Apple device?
Ans – Ask the student to follow the steps below to share proof of purchase:
Locate and tap on the Cerebellum Academy subscription to view the total amount charged.
Open the Settings app on their Apple device.
Tap on their name/Apple ID banner at the top.
Select Media & Purchases.
Tap View Account, then select Purchase History.
