Delivery status #
It takes up to 72 working hours to process and dispatch the notes. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days except Saturday and Sunday, depending on your location.
The tracking details are sent to your registered email address within 72 working hours of placing the order. We recommend checking both your inbox and spam/junk folder, as the email may have landed there.
If you haven’t received the tracking details, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to share them with you directly.
Delay In Delivery

If required, escalate the issue by highlighting it to senior.
RTO #
Apologize to the student and verify the tracking details along with the reason for the RTO (Return to Origin). If needed, escalate the issue to a senior team member for further assistance.
Status Not Updated
#
Apologize to the student and check the tracking details. If the status hasn’t been updated for a long time, share the current tracking information with the student and inform them that the concern has been forwarded to the dispatch team for further investigation. Let them know that once we receive an update, we will get back to them.
NDR #
Inform student that we do not deliver notes in this area. In this case always ask student to share other address on our email and we will dispatch the notes in same address.
