Extension
We appreciate the student’s interest in the extension options. Always inform them about all available extension options, ranging from 1 to 6 months. Please clarify that the reset option is not available with any plan extension.
The student can extend the plan from the original purchase date up to 7 days after the plan ends. The extension option can be accessed via the website or application under the “Explore Plans” section.
Renew
Renewal Window: Students can renew their plan within 30 days after the current plan ends.
Discount on Renew: Students can receive up to 10% discount on the Plan.
Activation of Renewal Code: If a student wishes to extend their plan:
We will activate the RENEW code for them.
The code will be active for only 10 minutes.
Preparation for Payment: Ensure that the student is ready to make the payment in real-time when the code is activated. The team will handle the activation request.
Note : Only Mission plan and E and D plan are eligible for Renew and students will get 10% discount in case they will purchase within 30 days.
