Please confirm the mode of payment. Kindly ask the student to try using a different payment method or device.
If the student is still unable to make the payment, please escalate the issue to a senior.
Note : Do not suggest student to purchase from QR code. Suggest alternate methods.
Ques : What should we inform if a student asks about the EMI option?
Ans : Inform the student that we do not offer a direct EMI plan. However, they can check if their credit or debit card provider offers EMI options during the payment process.
