Extension option not visible #
If student is unable to see the extension option on any device, we recommend first trying to access it from a different device or through the website.
If the option still isn’t visible, we can send the extension invoice directly to your registered email address. Additionally, we will escalate the concern to a senior team member for further assistance.
Please note: The extension option is only available within 7 days before your plan expiry date, so kindly ensure your plan is within that window.
