Q: Can a student order the notes separately or again if they are an active subscriber?
A: No. Notes are only provided with the plan, and cannot be ordered separately or reordered. One student can purchase only one seat of notes during subscription phase.
Q: Which documents should a student carry while coming for the offline course?
A: The student should register for the VJ Pass, carry a valid government ID proof, and keep their enrollment number handy.
Q : How to track order for student?
A: Go to the Shippigo tracking page, enter the AWB number, and check the live delivery status (the AWB number is already sent to the registered email by our team along with the Shippigo link).
Q: How to track order from our end?
A: Login Shippigo, go to order click on all and search it with AWB or phone number.
