Dispatch & Delivery – 72 workings hours to dispatch and 10 – 12 working days according to location.

How to place an order – There are two options to order books.
Option 1: Click on Profile → select Books Order → place the order.
Option 2: Go to the What’s New section → click on Order Now books.
Option 3: Go to app.econceptual.com → Login and enter OTP -> Browse New Books (on the left panel)

Delivery Charge of Book

For Damage / Misprint / Wrong Books – Apologize to the student and request them to share the pictures on email. Inform them to wait for some time while you share the images with the concerned team for resolution.

Missing or incorrect books deliver –  Inform them that issues must be reported within 7 days as per policy. Ask them to email the concern with pictures if needed. Highlight the case in the dispatch team and inform the student that their concern has been raised and they will be updated soon.

Add Secondary Contact Number- We can update the contact details only if the notes have not been dispatched. In that case, please share the updated contact details in the dispatch group.

If the student reaches out after the notes are dispatched, we cannot add the details at that stage. The notes will be returned (RTO), and once received back, we will dispatch them again.

Address Change After Dispatch / Sent to Old Address -Address cannot be changed once notes are dispatched. We will inform the dispatch team. If the package returns (RTO), we will resend it to the correct address. Please email your complete updated address so we can update it in the system.

Address Change Before Dispatch– Address can be updated only if notes are not dispatched. Please email your complete correct address. We will inform the dispatch team to hold the shipment and update it once your email is received.
