Single-User Premium App Policy
The app supports only one device per subscription. Your plan is linked to the device, phone number, and email used at the time of purchase.
To change your registered device, please contact our team at +91-9999664864, 08047759455 or email support@econceptual.com.
Your data (bookmarks, tests, usage) is safely stored online, but downloaded videos will be lost after a device change.
Device changes are allowed only once in 90 days.
The app can be installed on iPads, IOS, Android phone and Tablets, but not on Laptops & Macbooks due to security reasons.

Device Change Guideline
If a student requests a device change, first check that they have not changed their device in the last 90 days.
If eligible, forward their details to the concerned team and inform the student that the device will be changed. Ask the student to log in by EOD. Also share the details with the concerned team to process the device change.

If the Student Has Already Changed the Device in the Last 90 Days – Inform the student that we cannot change the device again as per our device-change policy.

In Case of Lost/Damaged Device or Any Special Concern – Connect with a senior person. If approved, proceed with the device change as instructed.
